One of my favorites! Rich sourdough loaf with heirloom masa harina, sonoran gold whole grain, evoo, and a touch of honey.  Delicious as a sandwich (split it open like a pita), dunked in soup, or with your favorite spreads.

 

For the best flavor & a crispy crust, reheat in the oven: 350°F 6-8 minutes.

 

Enjoy fresh within two days or freeze after two. Frozen loaves can be thawed at room temperature in 2-3 hours and toasted for that fresh bread effect!
